In collaboration with a Registered Nurse, home visit(s) by a Registered Respiratory Therapist to evaluate, educate and treat those individuals with a diagnosis of COPD, Asthma, Pneumonia, CHF, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), etc. If you are in need of respiratory therapy services, we can help you!

Our Respiratory Therapy Program includes the following:

  • Individual assessment of each patient’s home care needs relative to his/her respiratory diagnosis
  • Education of disease process
  • Medication teaching as well as proper MDI technique
  • Monitoring of supplemental oxygen through pulse oximetry
  • Evaluate home oxygen needs to ensure patient is on the best possible modality specific to their needs
  • Assess oxygen travel needs when applicable
  • Assess patient’s sleep quality
  • Educate and assess patients who are on CPAP, BiPAP or ASV for OSA or complex Sleep Apnea
  • Troubleshoot mask issues, compliance data, etc. to improve patient adherence to therapy
  • Help patients maintain healthy lifestyle within the boundaries of their disease process
  • Report directly to patient’s Physician
